By far one of our most popular vacation getaways, this home, located just upriver from Raynold’s Pass Fishing Access, is a fly fisherman’s dream come true. Located only a stone's throw away from the world-famous Madison River, you’ll be able to enjoy private river access out your door and fish the early morning and late evening hatches. Two bedrooms and two baths easily accommodate six folks, plus a queen size sofa/sleeper accommodating a total of eight. Pagenkopf is 31 miles from the West Entrance to Yellowstone National Park.

The upper Madison Valley is one of the most exciting and beautiful places to cast a fly in the state of Montana. With an abundance of rivers, lakes, and streams, fly fishing opportunities are easily accessible and endless.  The Madison River begins all the way in Yellowstone National Park and flows over 180 miles until its confluence with the Jefferson and Gallatin Rivers. With several different sections, above the lakes, between the lakes, the Upper Madison, and the lower Madison, there is an abundance of different spots, water types, and fish species to target. The Madison is a favorite among locals, tourists, and guides alike, with great fishing year-round. There are numerous fly fishing guides and fly shops in Ennis, along with the annual Fly Fishing Festival in Ennis during late summer or early fall.
