Elk Hills Haven is a beautiful and spacious retreat nestled in the foothills of the Tobacco Root Mountains in the South Meadow Creek area of McAllister. It has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, and comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests. The house is fully equipped with all the amenities you could need, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
One of the standout features of this home is the expansive deck which provides breathtaking views of the Madison Valley and Ennis Lake. Guests can enjoy hiking and exploring the mountains all within a short drive from the house.
Despite the remote location, the home is still within easy reach of Ennis, providing convenient access to shops, restaurants, and other amenities.
Perfect for a family vacation or a large or small group of friends, Elk Hills Haven is well-located for fishing, hunting, hiking, swimming, and golfing. Be on the lookout for pronghorn antelope and deer which frequent the area.

"We spent 5 days here - four adults fishing the local rivers in early July. The location was great - close enough to Ennis to head in to town when needed, but remote enough for very peaceful and quiet afternoons and evenings at the house. The house is super well equipped, and the amenities made it easy to cook meals of all sorts. Beds are great, and the three bathrooms worked perfectly for us. The house would have been comfortable for a group twice our size. The house is well represented in the photos. Loved the horseshoe pits and the shady (afternoon-onward) back deck. Great sunrise views and a lovely creek running next to the house to dip your feet into. We'll definitely look to stay here again on a future trip."
